These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of mymaeven.com and any purchase you make from MAEVEN ('we', 'us', 'our'). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

MAEVEN sells skincare and beauty products. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly on screen. Our products are cosmetics for external use only and are not medicines. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, patch-test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in USD ($) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. An order is only accepted once we send you a confirmation email.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Promotions

Discounts, bundle offers and gifts are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Only one automatic discount applies per order unless stated.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by MAEVEN or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAEVEN and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be resolved under applicable US law.
