1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You do not need to return an opened bottle for a first-time guarantee claim — just tell us what went wrong.

2. Wrong shade?

With our perfect-shade guarantee, if the shade you chose isn't right we'll send you the correct shade for free — no return needed.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

4. How to start a return or refund

Email helpmaeven@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.

5. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
