Your statutory rights

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the right to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are free and are in addition to our own 90-day money-back guarantee, which is described in full in our refund policy.

Important health information

MAEVEN devices are wellness products intended to provide temporary relief of everyday muscle aches and stiffness through heat, compression, vibration or light. They are not a medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or care.

Do not use a MAEVEN device, and speak to your GP or a qualified clinician first, if you are pregnant, if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a deep vein thrombosis or clotting disorder, impaired skin sensation, diabetes affecting the limbs, an active infection, an open wound, a recent fracture or surgery in the area, or a cancer diagnosis. Do not use on broken skin, on the front or side of the neck, or while asleep.

Stop using the device and seek medical advice if pain increases, if the skin reddens or blisters, or if you feel unwell during a session. If your pain is new, severe, follows an injury, or comes with numbness, weakness or fever, see a doctor rather than treating it at home.

Every device is supplied with a 2-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Free items included with an order have no cash value.
