Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are dispatched the same day when placed before our daily cut-off, otherwise the next working day.

2. Delivery times & cost

• United Kingdom: typically 2–4 working days.
• Delivery is free on orders of 2+ bottles. A small flat rate applies to single-bottle orders and is shown at checkout.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you can't find it, email us your order number and we'll resend it.

4. Delays

Occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak periods). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll help.

5. Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
